Services: Due to the nature of salon services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your results, we encourage you to reach out within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to discuss reasonable solutions, such as minor adjustments to achieve your desired look.

Retail Products: Unopened and unused retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Gift Cards & Promotions: All gift card purchases and promotional services are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
