No-Show Policy

At Aloera Cole Salon, we value your time and appreciate your support. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.

• Appointment Reminders: You will receive a reminder three days before and one day before your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 late cancellation fee, which must be paid via a payment link before rescheduling.

• No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, a $100 no-show fee will apply, and payment will be required before booking any future appointments.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and while paying for an appointment you couldn’t attend may be disappointing, last-minute cancellations and no-shows result in lost time and revenue.
